We will endeavour to provide you with all the necessary information so you can make an informed decision regarding your dental health.

For this reason we have outlined a little of what to expect as a new patient on our first visit page. Moreover, as a new patient we have a lot to catch up on and need to develop an understanding of your medical and dental history. For this reason we ask you to complete a new patient form. This is available online at our new patient form page or else you can download and print it out to fax back to us or bring to your appointment.
