First Visit Experience

During your first visit our team will work to make your experience at our practice a comfortable and positive one. Below we have listed what you can expect from your visit once you arrive at the practice:

1. Our friendly receptionist will welcome you to our practice upon your arrival. As a new patient we will ask you to fill in a „pre-treatment questionnaire‟. This will provide us with essential information which assists us in accommodating any specific needs you may have. You can also download the new patient form here, and have it completed before your appointment and bring it along to your first visit or even fax or email it into us on the following details:

2. Patients arriving early can relax in our reception area with a variety of the latest reading material and dental service information pages.

3. A member of our team will then show you into one of our treatment rooms and you will be introduced to one of our experienced and dedicated dentists.

4. Your first appointment will involve a comprehensive oral health examination. This includes:

• A review of both soft (gums) and hard (teeth) tissues
• Radiographs (dental films) if required
• A guided tour of your mouth with our intra-oral camera allowing you to get a clear view of your current oral health.
• Discussion of the findings and possible treatment plans for your specific needs and desires.
